Certain terms of service offered by the Village of Westfield municipal electric utility are governed by the New York Municipal Power Agency Generic Tariff No:1, (which can be viewed HERE.), with the exception of the following provisions: Rider B thereto, which establishes a formula for determining energy rates for certain outdoor LED lighting fixtures, and Rider C thereto, which provides terms and conditions for the interconnection of customer owned electricity generation facilities.
